3. Product Warranty – 3 Years

We stand by the quality of our products. Every unit is carefully built and tested to ensure performance and reliability.

Warranty Coverage
We offer a 3-year warranty from the original date of purchase, fully transferable with proof of purchase.

✔ What the warranty covers:

Defects in materials or workmanship (e.g. soldering issues)
Internal component failure during normal use
Return shipping if the issue is confirmed to be warranty-related

✘ What the warranty does not cover:

Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
Cosmetic damage (scratches, wear, etc.)
Issues caused by incompatible power supplies or external equipment
Initial return postage if the issue is not covered by warranty

Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your unit is faulty, please contact us or the original place of purchase.

If recently purchased, your retailer may offer a quick exchange—we’ll cover return shipping in that case.
For repairs or inspection, contact us first for return instructions. Do not send items without prior approval.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery.

✔ If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.

✘ For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the full process.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email with your order number and reason for the return.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and item weight.

Please note:

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
