  • Are pedals true bypass?
    Yes
  • What power supply do I need for my pedal?
    Use a proper voltage for each pedal, product, as indicated it their respective user guide. Our products use a 2.1mm jack connector with negative (ground) on the centre pin. Wrong voltages and or polarity might damage the product. The power supply must be capable of delivering enough amperage for all of the pedals that are connected to it. A pedal will draw only the amperage from the power supply that it needs, example a pedal that require 15mA could be connected to a 100mA power supply. Some digital pedals may introduce hum, noise onto the power supply rails. To prevent these units from causing interference with other pedals, it may be necessary to put them on an isolated power outlet.
  • Does the Theremin instrument generate any radio interferences?
    No. Although the Theremin uses a traditional antenna, it does not emit radio waves or cause electromagnetic interference. Our Theremin operates as an audio-frequency oscillator, producing sound that is output through a standard audio jack. The antenna and your hand together form a variable capacitor, which influences the internal oscillator to control pitch.

  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is free within Australia for standard tracked delivery. For international orders, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. Our international rates are aligned with Australia Post prices.
  • Do you ship outside Australia?
    Yes, we offer international shipping with tracking! Please note that there are some countries we currently cannot ship to. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to check if an alternative shipping solution is available. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.
  • How long does delivery take within Australia?
    A standard delivery within Australia typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Orders sent to metropolitan areas usually arrive faster than those going to regional or remote locations.
  • Do you offer express shipping?
    Yes, we do! Simply select the express shipping option at checkout. Please note that express shipping includes additional fees, even for deliveries within Australia.
